The work will involve assisting in supporting staff and children in class lessons, playground duties and administration work.

The successful applicant will be enthusiastic, organised and will enjoy working with children of all abilities. This position would suit a recent school leaver, a university student on a placement year or a recent graduate interested in gaining experience in the classrooms of a leading Independent school with a distinct specialism in music and other creative subjects.

We require committed and caring individuals to join our team of teaching staff in a supporting role from September 2011.  Payment may be available for after-school clubs and holiday work as well as future opportunities in the Nursery.

At Berkhampstead School we take the safeguarding of children very seriously and all successful applicants would require an enhanced CRB clearance and complete a health questionnaire before starting.
