Year 5's Exotic Travels

Pupils recently visited The Living Rainforest in Berkshire where they discovered hundreds of tropical plants, animals, birds, butterflies and lizards. Inspiring a sense of adventure and curiosity in our Year 5s, the terrific tour guides taught our children about the ‘Amazing Adaptations’ of the plants and animals of the rainforest. In the afternoon, Year 5 were able to roam freely in the glasshouses, working out answers to the Rainforest trail worksheet as they went. It was a successful and enjoyable trip.
