WhoDunnit?

History Mystery Day presented a series of puzzles and challenges for our super-sleuths in Year 2. Code breaking, research into Victorian times, close observation and gathering of clues led them to identify the culprit as Charlie Peace, master of disguise and well-known Victorian burglar. He had smuggled the jewels into his violin case - we were relieved to get them back.
