Story time with a difference

Year 6 have been using ‘Brushes and Book Creator’ in their Computing lessons to write and illustrate a picture book for their young pals in the Early Years department. Earlier this week, our oldest children visited Reception, and in small groups, read their stories to a delighted audience. Mrs Roddy-Watts, Head of Early Years commented, "It was wonderful to see the interaction of Year 6 with our young children here in Reception. They were caring and nurturing, and the Reception children loved their stories!" The stories will be put onto the iPads in Early Years so they can access them anytime they want to.
