Holiday Club
Berkhampstead Holiday Club is the ideal place for children aged 3 - 8 years to have lots of fun, in a familiar environment, during the school holidays. However, unfortunately, due to Covid restrictions, we are currently unable to offer Holiday Club to children outside of Berkhampstead School.
What We Do
Experienced and caring staff run the activities and their aim is to make each child’s day as enjoyable as possible. Our Holiday Club uses the school’s excellent facilities to provide quiet indoor pursuits such as art, crafts and cookery, while the all-weather MUGA and Pre-Prep lawn are ideal for more active fun. Our grounds are spacious and secure and are very well used by the children.
Activities
There’s lots on offer - activities may include: Football - Dodgeball - Hockey Skills - Basketball - Races - Children’s games such as ‘What’s the Time Mr Wolf?’ and Musical Statues. We also offer Arts & Crafts - Cookery - Trips - Films and time for imaginative play.
Meals and Snacks
Morning break - fresh fruit, biscuits and milk or water. Lunch - a nutritious meal cooked from scratch in the School kitchen. Afternoon tea - sandwiches, cake, fresh fruit, squash or water.

Timings
Holiday Club runs from 8.30am - 5.15pm, Monday to Friday.
Charges
Holiday Club fees MUST BE PAID IN ADVANCE. We offer full day sessions only at £36.45 per day or £173.00 for Monday until Friday.
Payments may be made via bank transfer to Lloyds Bank. Sort code: 30-95-72 Account number: 02356087, by cheque or with childcare vouchers.
Please note that a full week’s notice is required for cancellation with a refund.

Drop off and Collection
Children must be signed in at Berkhampstead School, Pittville Circus Road. They must be collected by an authorised adult, as identified on their registration form. Holiday club staff must be notified of any changes in advance of pick up.
Cancellation is to be made in writing or by email (address below). It is possible to change sessions by agreement, subject to availability.
